2. Meditate

3. Try a Cleanse

4. Organize

5. Spring Cleanup, C&C Style

Get Outside: Now that the weather is cooperating, take advantage! Get outside, breathe the fresh air and take in the beauty of nature. She's calling you. I don't care what you do... bike, skate, run, walk... just get out there. Soak up some much needed vitamin D and give your immune system a boost in the meantime. Plus, it's just so much easier to exercise outside, so this is the perfect time to get back in shape.

Tip: Next time your outside in nature doing something you love, stop, close your eyes and just listen for all the sounds of nature.

Meditate: Have mind clutter? Time to clean that up too!

Most of us find, from time to time, that life gets a bit hectic and the thoughts reach hyper speed. Then, when it's time for bed, we can't seem to turn off the thoughts. Meditation is a great way to quiet the mind and clear the clutter so you can restore a sense of calm.

Tip: If you're new to meditation, there are tons of free guided meditations online to get you started.

Try a Cleanse: If you haven't already tried a cleanse, there's no better time than Spring. It's a simple way to curb cravings and ditch bad habits, so you can get on that health kick you've been thinking about without an uphill battle. And if you're already thinking about swimsuit season, don't wait until summer arrives. Spring is the best time to start making gradual changes for a healthier lifestyle.

Tip: Always do a cleanse under the guidance of a professional. There are tons of cleanses available, so finding one that's safe and right for you is key.

Organize: This may seem strange, coming from a nutrition therapist, but getting your ducks in a row allows you to be more efficient with your time. Translation: extra time to do the things you love with the people you love. Plus, that messy desk may be giving you more stress than you realize. So, get rid of the clutter on your desk and in your life.

Tip: Start small. Don't feel like you have to clean out your entire home and arrange a yard sale. Just pick a small task to do each week.

Spring Cleaning, C&C Style: If you have a stash of goodies left over from the holidays or you've slipped into some old habits, it's probably time to clean out your pantry! Having unhealthy foods around the house is a recipe for disaster (pun intended). Clear out the junk foods and replace them with wholesome, nourishing options. That way, it's not so easy to make a poor choice.
