Eggs are not the enemy!
Eat your eggs! Eggs have received a bad reputation in the past, due to higher levels of cholesterol and saturated fat. In 2006, UConn produced a research study debunking the myth of eggs as unhealthy. Eggs are an excellent and easy source of protein. For more info, check out the link to the study:
