Swim Stroke Clinics

Participants will refine their swim strokes at our Stroke Clinics.  You may register for 1-4 days.  Each clinic puts emphasis on proper technique and stroke efficiency through skill work and drills in the four basic strokes of swimming.  Participants will improve the technical aspects of each stroke, including: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Levels 3-5: 4:00-5:00 pm
Ages 13-18: 5:00-6:00 pm
$25 members, $55 non-members (per class)
$80 members, $110 non-members (all 4 classes)
