Stress Reduction through Meditation Class

Are you looking to create peace in your life and find inner stillness? Vipassana or Insight Meditation will help you develop awareness and compassion and give rise to greater peace and happiness in your life. This class will cover basic breath, body, walking, and loving kindness meditations. There will be ample time for practice and questions. Please bring your own cushion.
