Pauly Shore's name conjures images of Bio-Dome and Encino Man, but there's more to his goofball persona than meets the eye. Raised by the owners of Sunset Strip's renowned comedy landmark, "The Comedy Store,” an entertainment career was pre-ordained for this comedian, growing up on the Vegas strip. Can you imagine having Sam Kinison as your baby sitter? How about Andrew Dice Clay dating your sister? This all adds to his hilarious stories. Pauly gained the attention of MTV in 1990 when the network gave him his own show, TOTALLY PAULY. From there Pauly rose to national fame with the 1993 HBO special “Pauly Does Dallas.” Along with countless TV and movie appearances and comedy albums, Pauly continues to entertain audiences.
