3 Sylvan Rd S Westport CT 06880  See map

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

Have you been keeping a journal since your kids were young? Have you always wanted to write about your experiences as a mother?

In this workshop we will learn how to make time to write, how to keep a journal, get your ideas on the page,  and capture and preserve those important moments of childhood in a way far better than any photo or video.

Brief writing exercises will enable you to get you started in a safe and nurturing atmosphere.  Topics will also be discussed such as issues of disclosing personal information, carving out your own time and space to write, and how to honor your own work.
