Lauren DiNardo Rock and Roll Couture Fashion Show

Kick off the evening at 6:30pm with motorcycles from Empire Harley Davidson and  classic cars outside the Playhouse!  In the lobby join us fora champagne tasting, cupcakes courtesy of Sweetooth Katonah, Accessories and Jewelry from Lauren DiNardo, make-up tips from Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, items from Empire Harley Davidson and more!  At 7:30pm our celebrity models will rock the runway with live music, dancers and an extravaganza of a show - - all to benefit The Sandy Hook First Responders Fund!


Celebrating "Women That Rock!"  Get ready for an unforgettable night of rock and roll fashion with designer Lauren DiNardo!  Her designs are highly sought after for custom work and have developed a cult following in musician’s circles and in the Manhattan nightclub scene. Now Lauren DiNardo is launching an exclusive collection available to the public! Lauren DiNardo refers to her ready-to-wear line as Live Music Couture. A fresh spin on vintage inspired style, capturing her love of music and movement… the collection is an electrifying fusion of sophistication and rock and roll! On this night experience your inner rock star as we acknowledge, honor and celebrate women that rock! Local celebrity models were chosen for their positive impact in our community, and will stomp the runway in rock and roll couture and vintage style!

Our Celebrity Models include:  Brenda Berta, philanthropist and wife of Dan Berta, President of Fairfield County Bank; Ridgefield Fire Chief Heather Burford; teenage singing duo Carly & ElizaJayni Chase, philanthropist and wife of actor/comedian Chevy Chase; Shari DiPaola, who works with children at the Mount Vernon City School District; WPLR/95.9 The Fox Morning show’s Megan DollDara Gottfried, VP of Gilbert Gottfried Productions; Sandy Hook firefighter and EMS captain Karin HalsteadMichelle James, New Business Development of AmeriCares and wife of Dr. Edward James, Chief of Neonatology of Danbury Hospital ; photographer and modelKristen Jensen; Philanthropist and Realtor Josephine Mineo; model and writer Jennifer Pappas and her daughter Adrianna Pappas; marathoner, Ironman triathlete and creator of “Run Like a Mother” Megan Searfoss; and Allison Stockel, Executive Director of the Ridgefield Playhouse.


A portion of the ticket sales for this event are going to a First Responders Fund for Newtown First Responders that the Ridgefield Playhouse has set up with the town.  This fund will help support the on going need for psychological trauma services for the first responders and survivors of the Sandy Hook shootings.
