Koko FitClub of Fairfield County announces the Grand Opening of their Ridgefield club, at 88 Danbury Road (next to Starbucks) in Ridgefield, Connecticut, on December 13th from from 5-7pm.
Koko FitClub is the world’s first and only fully automated personal training studio. Its patented Smartraining SystemTM technology analyzes each member’s fitness level, designs a program based on the member’s goals and guides the member through each customized workout using an interactive touch screen. Members work out on proprietary strength and cardio equipment packing the benefits of a 60-90 minute personal training workout into just 30 minutes. The computer becomes a personal trainer, motivating and guiding members while they work to reach their fitness goals. Every exercise and workout is tracked and reported on a personal webpage, so members truly know how well they are progressing. It is safe, effective and time efficient.
Koko FitClub of Ridgefield is owned by local businessman, Peter Buckley, who has lived and worked in Fairfield County for 19 years. This is his second location. Buckley’s interest in the health and fitness industry was sparked by his son’s diagnosis of diabetes. “When my son, Jaime, was diagnosed with type one diabetes, I became more aware of the benefits of and more dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. The Koko Fitclub concept allows me to help others with the same goal.”
