Families: Third Saturdays at the Aldrich

NEW! Family programming on the third Saturday of every month at The Aldrich. Join us for workshops led by Museum educators or artists and create art inspired by the exhibitions on view. This month, families will explore materials and ideas in the exhibition Wandering Forms by artist Wendell Castle.

  • From 10 am to 12 noon, children aged two to five are invited to play in the galleries, followed by storytime and art-making.

  • From 1 to 3 pm, children aged six to ten are invited to engage in gallery games and hands-on art projects. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Both sessions include snacktime and although the workshops are geared to a specific age range, siblings and friends of all ages are welcome to participate!

Please contact Michelle Friedman: mfriedman@aldrichart.org, 203.438.4519 extension 46 during regular Museum hours for more information.
