American Legion Baseball Summer Prgram sign-up

Baseball players! Ages 13 years and older, you are
invited to come and learn about our American Legion Baseball summer program.

American Legion Baseball was founded in 1925 and enjoys the reputation as one of the most successful and taditionally rich athletic leagues for today’s youth.  Why
play Legion Baseball? Well, you could ask some of the most notable past Legion players everyone from Yogi Berra, Ted Williams, Frank Robinson, Johnny Bench, Don Mattingly to Mark Teixeira, just to name a few. They would tell you why they played Legion ball and their reasons are obvious.  Today’s Legion program registers over 5,400
teams in all 50 states.

Post 78 has proudly produced a state championship team
in 2009 and last season both our Senior and Junior teams made the State playoffs.
We are proud of what our players have accomplished and look forward to another successful year.  Our ultimate goal is to have a team in the Legion’s World Series.
