A New Year, A New You!

A NEW YEAR, A NEW YOU TOPIC AT B.I.G. WOMEN’S NETWORKING MEETING

Arbonne Executive Regional Vice President Amy Polacko Nadoraski to Speak

(Ridgefield, CT- December 26, 2012) – Would you like to have more energy in the new year? Let’s face it, who wouldn’t?

How about ridding your body of toxins so you feel great, have more focus, and can even fit into your "skinny jeans?" Achieving this will be the focus of the Ridgefield Area B.I.G. networking group for women’s next meeting, entitled “A New Year, A New You!” on Wednesday, January 2 at noon at Sagi Cucina Italiana in Ridgefield.

The speaker will be Arbonne International Executive Regional Vice President Amy Polacko Nadoraski, who is also the leader of Ridgefield’s B.I.G. chapter. Arbonne is a 32-year-old global, vegan, health and wellness company. This will be a fun, educational meeting where women will learn what they can do as busy entrepreneurs and/or moms to detox their bodies and incorporate healthy habits into their lives.

“This is a very pertinent topic that goes hand in hand with running a business,” says Polacko Nadoraski. “After all, when we feel great and in control of our health, we exude energy and attract people to us and to our businesses. January is the perfect time to recommit to taking care of ourselves or simply starting anew.”

Sagi's optional $15 lunch is going to be extra healthy in honor of this event. The choices will be a panini with grilled chicken and a side of vegetables or salmon with vegetables. Drink, salad, tax, and gratuity are included in the price.

ABOUT B.I.G.

Hundreds of women nationwide participate in B.I.G., a business organization that started in New Jersey to “empower women in business.” Ridgefield residents Amy Polacko Nadoraski and Angela Campbell launched the town’s own B.I.G. chapter in March. The membership-based group meets on the first Wednesday of every month at noon in the upstairs room at Sagi Cucina Italiana, 23 ½ Catoonah Street, in Ridgefield. All area women are invited to attend their first two B.I.G. events at no charge.

Women are encouraged to visit the B.I.G. website at (www.believeinspiregrow.com) to learn more about how to take the next step in their business lives – even if they have been home for years and are just exploring their next chapter. Please RSVP for the Ridgefield Area Pod event by Tuesday, January 1 by contacting Amy Nadoraski, Executive Regional Vice President with Arbonne International, at amyn@myarbonne.com or 860-921-8524 or Angela Campbell, Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, at angela.campbell@cbmoves.com or 845-242-9791.
