Babies are natural yogis! Join your little one in a unique blend of yoga postures helping to unite baby and parent and strengthen the body-mind connection. Some of the benefits of baby yoga are improved sleeping patterns, aid in digestion, and relief of gas and colic. This class offers a great way for both parent and child to strengthen their bodies, relax, and enjoy the friendship and support of their community. Come join us as we experience the joys of yoga together!
