The numbers were not official as of 11 p.m. Tuesday, although broad trends appeared to favor Republicans and incumbents in most races.
The town's top elected posts, selectmen, town clerk, treasurer, were not up for vote, but the town's boards and commissions were at stake Tuesday.
Members of the Board of Finance, Board of Education, Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and the alternates for the Zoning Board of Appeals were all up for grabs, as were members of the Police Commission.
The town's Registrar of Voters said results were not available at 11 p.m., and would be emailed out later. The results will appear on Ridgefield Patch when they are available.
