Ridgefield was buzzing early Friday morning—plows scraping Main Street, residents picking up storm essentials at Ridgefield Hardware and Steve's Bagels & Cafe or buying craft supplies for kids at CVS.

A few hearty high schoolers were getting in exercise before the flurries thicken.
