Man Arrested for Attempting to Break into Guilded Lynx

The Ridgefield man was held on a $25,000 bond and posted bail.

Ridgefield police arrested a Ridgefield man for allegedly attempting to break into the Guilded Lynx this past August.  

Police said they arrested Nicholas Hutton, 24, of Bailey Avenue, this past Wednesday after a traffic stop. A warrant for his arrest was issued for attempting to break into the Guilded Lynx’s back door on . At the time of the attempt, the Guilded Lynx’s owners were away on vacation.

Hutton was arrested on the charges of criminal attempt to commit a burglary and was held on a $25,000 bond, but was released  with a promise to appear in court after he used a bondsman to post bail, reports state.
