False headline. 5 Grove St isnt a home. It is the building that used to house East Ridge Cafe. Please....

It says property transfers, not "home" transfers.

The original headline was 'Grove St home sells for close to $1 million'. I don't post under any other name and yes, I live on Ridgefield.

Thanks JOHN. Every time a building is sold in the sewer water district this threat LOOMS. Lets hope this is the truth and we will have to hold our breath when the next building is sold?? This 8-30G is destroying this town and the powers to be dont give a DAM.

"John Symon 11:01 pm on Friday, August 10, 2012 Tom, I believe the former owner of Toscana is opening a restaurant there. " Rafael (former owner / chef @ Toscana) confirmed that to me in person the other night. He intends to re-open in about 9 months.
