FAMILY BEST BETS OF THE WEEK

Where/When: , on Sat., Feb. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to  11 a.m.

Why Go:  This fundraiser will help support Hannah Trotman, a Ridgefield resident who was diagnosed with leukemia about a year ago, and her family. The event will feature a children's music program with Ridgefield music teacher Elly Pesce and a creative project for children to design their own plates.
Pricing: Tickets are $20 per child, $13 of which will go directly to help Hannah, the other $7 will cover the expenses of the Make-A-Plate projects. The St. Stephen's donation will be made to the Hannah Trotman Fund through the Moms Club.  Buy Tickets

Where/When: on Fri., Feb. 18 at 8 p.m.
Why Go: Take the whole family to see a performance of “Jekyll & Hyde” by Sabrina's Encore Productions.
Pricing: Tickets are $26, $23, $20.

Where/When: on Tues., Feb 15, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Why Go:  Students in grades 4 to 8 will learn Scrabble from a nationally-ranked player.
Pricing: FREE

Where/When:   on Tues., Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.  or 11-11:30 a.m.
Why Go:  Mother Goose time features movement, music and rhymes for infants to 2 year old with a caregiver.
Pricing:  FREE. No registration necessary.

Where/When:   on Tues., Feb. 15
Why Go:  Open to all 5 to 16 year old Ridgefield girls, the Ridgefield Babe Ruth Softball creates an environment that fosters competitive play, teamwork, and strong friendships among players, while at the same time developing solid on-field skills.
