What is your passion?

My passion is to expose people to how they can be super healthy living a healthy lifestyle so they can live their life purpose, optimally.

I was recently interviewed by yoga instructor Jasmine List for her blog, One Conscious Breath, after we met on retreat in Bali; that interview is excerpted here.

What is your passion?
My passion is to expose people to how they can be super healthy living a healthy lifestyle so they can live their life purpose, optimally.  This helps them to optimize their mind-body-soul connection so that they are successful in their lives – therefore uplifting themselves, their families, their communities and our world!!

When do you feel most alive?
When I am adjusting patients and in the zone, receiving clear guidance and being a clear conduit.  I also feel most alive when I am in nature with the people I love, walking in the woods, floating in water, looking at the night sky.

When did you become an intuitive?
My sons brought the awareness to me while I was pregnant. My oldest son, Manu is 11 and my youngest, Alex is 7 ½ and it really intensified with him. And with daily practice/awareness/growth it has developed and deepened.

Do you believe only certain people can be an intuitive or is this a power that everyone possesses?
I believe everyone has the capacity, although we all have different ways that this “knowing” comes to us and different ways we can use it.  It is of course up to the individual to pursue it and then practice it, if they want to.

Describe your perfect day.
To awake naturally in a warm environment.
Take a soulful yoga class.
Meditate
Eat clean-wholesome-delicious foods and drinks.
Have body work done, such as: Chiropractic, massage, reflexology, acupuncture, reiki, or energy work sessions.
Go to the beach and be in the sun and water with my family and friends.
Enjoy an amazing sunset and sleep while able to hear the ocean and nature.
Bliss…

What are some books that have changed the way you look at the world?
Two books that I still quote on a regular basis are:
A return to love -by Marianne Williamson
The Four Agreements -by Don Miguel Ruiz

What was a defining moment in your life?
When I was 19 going abroad by myself to a country where I didn’t speak the language and didn’t know anyone.  It taught me resilience and courage, as well as a million other things!

What words of wisdom would you share with your teenage self?
The 4 Agreements -
Be impeccable with your word
Don’t assume anything
Don’t take anything personally
Always do your best

What are you most grateful for?
My relationships with my kids, family, friends and patients.

Do you have a regular spiritual practice?
Yoga when I wake up at 6.  Then meditation, including affirmations, lighting candles, using crystals, angel cards, essential oils, flower essences, supplements.
In the evening I do some drawing/coloring of mandalas, and listen to meditations.

How do you feel in one word today?
Empowered!!

Kate Middleton Royal baby memorabilia

Again, inaccurate headline. This is not a royal portrait. Royal Portraits are commissioned andRead More approved by the reigning power. This artwork is not recognized by them. In this regard, I also could create the "royal portrait" but no one else would know. Here is Kate's last royal portrait: http://nymag.com/thecut/2013/02/royal-painters-new-k-mid-portrait-flawless.html
