Coldwell Banker Names Wagner Regional Vice President of Fairfield Co.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Gregg Wagner has been appointed regional vice president of Fairfield and Litchfield counties. Reporting to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage President Cathleen F. Smith, Wagner will be responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 15 sales offices throughout Fairfield and Litchfield counties.  

Prior to his new role, Wagner served as vice president and brokerage manager of the Cape Cod, Massachusetts offices for Sotheby’s International Realty. Both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Sotheby’s International Realty are part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.

Over the course of his more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Wagner has served as sales associate, office manager and senior executive. Throughout his career, Wagner has gained expertise in marketing luxury properties in Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida’s west coast. Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Wagner served as vice president of operations for a Connecticut real estate firm where he was responsible for the operations of 35 offices along the state’s shoreline and southwest regions.

Earlier in his career, Wagner led a Connecticut-based commercial investment brokerage company and its new homes and land division.
