Winter Garden Ice Arena Publishes Holiday Schedule

If you're looking for an hour or two of physical exercise in a beautiful environment, consider the Winter Garden Ice Arena this holiday.
The holiday schedule includes a public skating session from 10:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., followed by a break, and then an open skate again from 2:10 to 4:10 p.m.
"It's really a family orientated rink," said Kathy Ludwig, the manager who has been working at the rink for 25 years.
The rink has been in Ridgefield for 40 years, and it was renovated and enclosed in 1990. It is home to the Ridgefield Lions, a travel youth hockey team, to the Ridgefield Tigers, the Ridgefield High School team, and to the Wilton Warriors, the Wilton High School team.
"It was originally open," Ludwig said. "It's been closed in."
The Winter Garden iz also home to the Jaguars, six to 14-year-olds who play hockey.
