The colors of autumn soon will be appearing, in the yellows and reds of the trees on Main Street and the orange lawn that is Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church’s annual Pumpkin Patch.
Jesse Lee’s 2012 Pumpkin Patch will debut on Sun., Sept. 23 and be open daily through Halloween day, Oct. 31.
The patch offers thousands of pumpkins of all sizes, from tiny fireplace-mantle accessories to mammoth orange canvases fit for the most creative jack-o’-lantern carvers. There will be a fun selection of gourds as well.
Browsing through the huge display of pumpkins is a great way to get into the Halloween spirit and to enjoy the splendor of the season. Bring your camera!
