Freyer Appointed to Ridgefield Arts Council
Ridgefield resident John Freyer has been appointed to the Ridgefield Arts Council. Currently a Senior Digital Project Manager for Ethan Allen Global in Danbury, CT., John brings his passion for technology to the Council.
Freyer has a B.A in Theatre, Dance, and Film with a specialization in Acting and Directing, from Keene State College in Keene, NH. He produces musicals for John Jay High School in Cross River, NY and consults with their Arts Booster Club, ArtsAlive!
“I joined the Ridgefield Arts Council to help promote the Arts in the community through networking and collaboration,” says Freyer. “I have two young daughters and I’m thrilled to expose them to all the different Arts organizations that Ridgefield has to offer.”

The Ridgefield Arts Council is a volunteer municipal council, appointed by the Board of Selectman and charged with fostering and promoting the Ridgefield arts community. They provide networking opportunities for artists, encourage collaboration between arts organizations, produce art events, and work to expose the arts to the community at large.
