Artique 2013 Comes to Ridgefield

Artique 2013, a popular art boutique for holiday shopping, opens at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 351 Main St., with an artists reception on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The public is invited, and refreshments will be served. The show and sale continue on Nov. 21-23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is no charge for admission.                                                

Artique features the work of members of Connecticut Clay Artists (CCA) as well as guest artists who work in other media.  CCA members will exhibit a broad range of works in clay – functional and sculptural. Items by guest artists include jewelry, organic sculpture, creations in wood, hand-painted silk scarves, hand-made Father Christmases, decorative forged iron and 20-minute pencil portraits.
