Dailey recently announced the formation of Pastore Shofi & Dailey, LLC, a law firm focused on securities and commercial litigation, which is now open in New York City and Stamford. Joining Mr. Pastore, Ms. Shofi and Mr. Dailey in practice initially are attorneys Paul Dehmel, Michael Zamat, Dennis Bishop, Jennifer Shufro, and law clerk Katherine Leisch (admission to New York bar is currently pending).

Mr. Pastore, Ms. Shofi and Mr. Dailey have worked together for nearly two decades, having met at Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP. The partners have significant experience representing clients on litigation and regulatory matters involving FINRA and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other sophisticated commercial and securities work. Additional staff experience includes serving as chief commercial counsel for a Fortune 500 company, as regulatory counsel at the New York Stock Exchange, as general counsel for a large broker-dealer and as counsel for some of the largest and most significant FINRA arbitrations and investigations.
