ARTique 2012, a popular art boutique, is returning to St. Stephen’s Church, 351 Main St. in Ridgefield, CT. The public is invited to the Nov. 14 opening reception, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The show and sale continue on Nov. 15-16, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Nov. 17, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ARTique 2012 features the work of 10 members of Connecticut Clay Artists (CCA) as well as 10 guest artists who work in other media. CCA members will exhibit a broad range of works in clay – hand-built, wheel-thrown, functional and sculptural. Items by guest artists include beaded jewelry, gold and silver jewelry, felted wool wearables, natural wood sculptures, handcrafted wood objects, African fabric bags and quilts, hand-painted pillows and portraiture.
There is no charge for admission.
