 HE NEWTOWNER Masked Ball is sure to be the social event of the year!\n&n
 bsp\;\nThe ball will take place on Saturday February 11th\, 2012 from 7p
 m til midnight in the Edmond Town Hall&rsquo\;s elegant Alexandria Ball 
 Room at 45 Main St\, Newtown\, CT.\n&nbsp\;\nGuests will be treated to a
  night of mystery and intrigue that includes:\n&nbsp\;\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Roving Venetian-style entertain
 ers\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Local inst
 rumental musicians including Yossi Kohrman-Glaser\, Korey Brodsky\, and

 etian Commedia dell&rsquo\;arte dramatic performance by local dramatic a

 rt year ago a small group of literature lovers came together  to  found 
 THE NEWTOWNER. Since its genesis\, the team behind THE  NEWTOWNER  has g
 rown from a small group of seven to over thirty  exceptionally  dedicate
 d and gifted editors\, writers\, illustrators\,  proofreaders\,  designe
 rs\, photographers\, event planners\, assistants\,  interns\, and  advis
 ors\, who bring their individual talents together to  create a  uniquely
  beautiful arts and literary journal dedicated to  celebrating  both our
  creative and human spirit.\n&nbsp\;\nWe are proud of what we have achie
 ved in just one short year.\n&nbsp\;\nWe have:\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; showcased emerging as well as establish
 ed local\, regional\, and national writers and artists\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; debuted the Youth Expressions s
 ection\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; hosted 
 three community literary readings\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; regularly shared the creative writing of the men fro
 m Garner Correctional Institution\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; expanded distribution into Bethel\, Monroe and South
 bury\n&bull\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; launched 
 THE NEWTOWNER Literary Awards\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nCommunity Support\nNone
