Upper Crust is celebrating exercise, food and fun! Bring the kids -- it's going to be a night for everyone.
In January, we celebrated the launch of Community Connection and shared healhy tips for the family. This month, Amy and Rob welcome back Jeremy Boland, Traci Gwozdz and Kim Pearson.
Don't worry about dinner, the chefs of Upper Crust are taking a break from bagels to make healthy options that everyone will love. Traci Gwozdz will prove healthy brownies do exist!
Jeremy and Kim will demontrate fitness activities for all ages. We promise these moves will even get the adults out from their seats!
