Community Connection is a monthly event series that showcases lifestyle experts and promotes healthy living. This month, Rob and Amy Guerrieri invite Jeremy Boland, Traci Gwozdz and Kim Pearson to share nutrition and fitness tips for your kids.
It wouldn’t be a party without hors d'oeuvres but hold the junk food! Certified nutritionist, Traci Gwodz will amaze you with her kid-friendly recipes. The chefs of Upper Crust are taking a break from bagels to make some healthy options that your kids will love!
Jeremy and Kim will share their tips on child fitness and offer advice for the entire family.
You can never leave a party empty handed! All guests will receive fun take-homes for the kids!
