More About Terra Sole
Terra Sole is a Ridgefield based restaurant serving lunch and dinner, with a menu that features authentic Italian cuisine including pastas, panninis and a large selection of wine options. Terra Sole is owned and operated by Lana and Pietro Polini, the latter having worked extensively in quality Italian eateries in the New York area and coming from a family that still manages restaurants in Puglia and Rimini. Terra Sole uses all local, quality produce, from artisan producers.
