In Photos: Tigers Win Entry To Quarterfinals
The varsity girls basketball team beat Southington on Saturday 42-27.
Led by 16 points from Molly Welch, the Ridgefield girls varsity basketball team advanced in the state with a home court win over Southington on Saturday, 42-27.
Michelle Gibbons had 10 points and 16 rebounds, Emily Favorite contributed six points and seven assists and Abby Searfoss and Kathryn Cholko both sunk four points.
The Tigers face Norwich Free Academy on Wednesday night in Southington in the Class LL quarterfinals.
