Loud Music Leads to Drug Findings

Ryan Peck, 21, of 358 Bennetts Farm Road, was cited July 8 for creating a public disturbance and possessing drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Ridgefield Police say they responded to a complaint of loud music in the Old Town Road and Will Ridge area. Upon investigation, officers say they found that Peck had been playing his car stereo unreasonably loud in the are. Further investigation led to the discovery that Peck posessed drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Police reported they cited William M. Lake, 18, of 15 Bear Mountain Road, for an infraction possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lake additionally was cited for improperly signaling on Farmingville Road, according to police. Lake's date to pay or plead for the infraction is July 25.
