Tonight CHIRP's free Tuesday evening concert series in Ballard Park showcases The David Munnelly Band, with its unique West Mayo style of playing – a style that is wild and free, CHIRP says. The band has become "a creative force at the true epicenter of Irish traditional music," according to LiveIreland.com, and were awarded the website's "concert of the year" in 2006 and 2007. "The Irish band to see," said the Irish Voice, and past CHIRP audience pleasers will be back in the park on Main Street (opposite the library) at 7 p.m.

CHIRP suggests picking up a pizza from Dimitri's, tonight's concert sponsor, using the discount coupon in the program book (if not used already) before heading across Main Street to the park for "one of CHIRP'S liveliest performances."
